Our Story
Founded in 2015, Ballston Spa Community Youth Cheer (BSC Cheer) was created to support Ballston Spa Community Youth Football while providing young athletes with an opportunity to grow through cheerleading.
What began as a small group of 9 athletes has grown into a thriving program of over 70, serving grades K-8. Over the years our program has expanded to include both sideline and competitive cheer, offering opportunities for athletes at every level.

Our mission is to build confident, disciplined, and supportive athletes through teamwork, spirit and community pride.
We believe that cheerleading is more than motions and routines – it teaches leadership, resilience, accountability, and the value of working together toward a common goal.
Above all else our mission is that our cheerleaders have lasting memories and life long friendships.
